Taylor Made It Story

From the onset of her career in radio, Taylor Hayes has been an instrumental member of the teams behind some of the biggest thought leaders and trendsetters in urban radio and podcasting. Over the course of the last eight years, she has played a pivotal role in crafting the sound of The Breakfast Club. As the shows Associate Producer and Director of Imaging Sound Design, Taylor has helped The Breakfast Club co-hosts DJ Envy, Angela Yee and Charlamagne Tha God drive the conversation around some of the most controversial topics impacting their national and international audience. Through her relationship with Charlamagne, Taylor began producing Brilliant Idiots, his podcast with co-host and fellow MTV alum Anderw Schulz. In addition, she has notched several high-profile credits as a freelance producer - including work on the groundbreaking podcast The Read and most recently as part of the strategy and production team behind Chat Sh!t, the audio companion to Issa Rae’s latest HBO scripted series, Rap Sh!t. Upon the launch of Charlamagne’s Black Effect Podcast Network, a partnership with iHeart, Taylor was recruited as one of the company’s in-house producers, bringing her unique perspective and years of experience to a variety of shows.
